PRIMATE DATABASE OF GENES WITH EPIGENETIC ALLELIC EFFECTS

This primate data Excel spreadsheet provides data from Huang and Ferris et al. Neuron 2017. The tables include lists of genes that exhibit epigenetic allele-specific expression effects in the juvenile female macaque brain.
